All About AhLong Chinese , Taiwan title is a 1989 Hong Kong drama film directed by Johnnie To and starring Chow Yunfat and Sylvia Chang, whom also serve as the films storywriters.

Ten years ago, Porpor had become AhLongs lover despite her mothers objections. As Porpor was giving birth in the hospital, AhLong was involved in illegal racing. AhLong was put behind bars. Porpors mother lied to her and told her that her baby did not survive. Porpor was devastated and left for the United States to become a director.It is now ten years on. Porpor returns from the United States with a boyfriend to shoot a video commercial. Life is hard for both AhLong and Porky but Porky manages to do well in school. An audition is held for a video commercial and the advertising company wants to engage Porky. AhLong visits the advertising companys office and finds out that Porpor is in charge. He is dismayed to discover that Porpor has a boyfriend. Porpor is all businesslike because she does not realise at that stage that Porky is in fact her own son. However Porpor instantly feels an affinity to Porky. ........
